If you are passionate about making an impact for Northwest Indiana Habitat for Humanity (NWIHH), you might want to consider a Charitable Gift Annuity (CGA).  Giving through a Charitable Gift Annuity allows you to arrange a generous gift to NWIHH, while providing yourself a higher income source that you can count on for the rest of your life.

How it works:

• Make a gift of cash or appreciated stocks to the Legacy Foundation for the NWIHH Fund.
• You (or someone you designate) receives a fixed stream of income, regardless of fluctuating market conditions for the rest of your life.
• You also receive an immediate tax deduction for the charitable portion of your gift.

Upon your death, NWIHH receives the funds in your name, in the name of your family or business, or in honor of any person you name.
